Reed Specialist Recruitment is proud to be representing a dynamic financial services firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to support their team of financial planners and paraplanners on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge of the financial planning process and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to financial planners, including obtaining valuations, information, and product details for analysis.
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties to facilitate the processing of new business, withdrawals, and fund switches.
- Managing client queries and correspondence, as well as booking annual review meetings and maintaining compliant files.
- Working closely with the paraplanner to ensure seamless execution of financial planning tasks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential, as is experience with Xplan, the firm's back-office system.
As a valued member of the team, the Financial Services Administrator will enjoy a competitive salary, 3% employer pension contributions, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free office parking, and a flexible working arrangement, including an early finish on Fridays and flexible start times two days per week.
