Position Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while serving food and beverages in our dining facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and perform various roles within the food and beverage team to enhance operational flexibility.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings and stay updated on any new products or changes.
  • Understand allergen information thoroughly to assist guests with dietary needs.
  • Prepare dining areas for guests, ensuring tables are set with appropriate linens, cutlery, and glassware.
  • Organize the bar area in anticipation of customer arrivals.
  • Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders.
  • Implement stock rotation practices when replenishing supplies and accurately record any wastage.
  • Assist with cellar management, including cleaning and organizing deliveries as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, promptly addressing any concerns with management.
  • Stay vigilant in enforcing the Challenge 21 policy, documenting any findings according to company procedures.
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
