Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and committed Mechanical Project Leader to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in steering our projects towards successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct mechanical projects from initial planning through to final execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the effective delivery of project objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Formulate project strategies, including detailed plans, financial forecasts, and schedules, while providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to fulfill all project specifications and requirements.
  • Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and workforce, to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and address project challenges, implementing necessary modifications to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships, offering consistent project updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in mechanical project leadership, with a proven history of successful project completions.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project locations as required.
