Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Consultant to become part of a vibrant team.
  • The role involves delivering HR guidance, support, and training to management and staff.
  • This position offers the chance to engage in diverse HR initiatives and contribute significantly to the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries.
  • Address disciplinary matters, grievances, performance evaluations, and other HR-related concerns.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of HR information systems.
  • Evaluate data and generate reports for leadership.
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR subjects.
  • Occasional travel to different locations may be required.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 certification.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in hands-on HR positions.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and labor legislation.
  • Familiarity with TUPE, organizational change, and succession planning.
  • Capability to operate autonomously in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and technology.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £31,000 - £35,000 along with additional benefits.
  • Flexible working arrangements with occasional site visits.
