Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Team Leader to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our administration function, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all servicing tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration function of the department, ensuring that all servicing tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and support a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
