The University is embarking on a major transformation initiative aimed at improving our corporate processes and systems. The Corporate Processes & Systems Program is a groundbreaking initiative designed to enhance the processes, systems, data, and operational methods across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Strategy & Planning that support both the delivery of Corporate Services and planning at the University. The aim is to create a University characterized by streamlined and consistent processes and robust, insightful data, with clear ownership and control, backed by modern, user-friendly technology. Our objective is to minimize the time spent by academic and professional services staff on routine tasks and manual preparation of plans, forecasts, and reports, allowing for a greater focus on academic and service delivery, business partnering, and other value-added activities.

We are in search of a change engagement and communications expert to involve colleagues and other internal and external stakeholder groups in the anticipated changes for the Services within the program's scope, including service users. Reporting to the CPS Program People Lead, and with a matrixed reporting line to the Head of Internal Communications, you will be part of the People & Change Team, initially integrated within the CPS Program Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engagement and communication activities align with University-wide standards and approaches and will work closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in change engagement and related communications, along with the ability to prioritize, address complex stakeholder needs, and achieve success through collaboration. As a member of the People & Change Team, you will help advocate for the advantages of a people-centered approach to change management and participate in a network with other change practitioners throughout the University.

As a Change Engagement Advisor, you must be able to demonstrate significant experience in engaging stakeholders and managing communications in support of change initiatives, from strategic planning to content and event delivery.
