Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Patchett Lodge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and other care-related tasks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting dignity and well-being for all
