Process and Project Engineer

Just Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury. They are recruiting for an Engineering Process Project Engineer to join their highly skilled and well-regarded engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Managing and Process investigations.
- Participating in a team developing the site from both a production and site services point of view.
- Collaborating with production process Engineers to identify and implement process improvements on existing and new production equipment and lines.
- Understanding, identifying, and implementing site services equipment and improvements.
- Conducting investigations into production and site services issues and concerns.
- Being involved in factory & process line layouts.
- Creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures for engineering tasks as well as production tasks.
- Hands-on Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer.
- Experience in AutoCAD or similar engineering drawing packages.
- PLC & SCADA experience would be beneficial.
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office, particularly with good experience in Excel.
- Must be honest, reliable, and a self-starter - able to work alone or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be a team player as well as self-motivated. Key attributes will include someone who pays particular attention to detail and who carries out their duties to a high standard with confidence, honesty, and passion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join a global organisation - offering a great working environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Free parking is available on site.
