Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Director to lead our client management and project delivery efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Research Managers, delivering high-quality research projects, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client management and project delivery efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of Research Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in quantitative research methods and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Passion for brands and product innovation, digital media, and making a meaningful impact on people.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret numbers and turn data into actionable stories for clients.
  • Direct client management experience, with a proven ability to present to clients and drive business growth.
  • Experience managing/coaching a small team of researchers on project deliverables.
