Senior Site Manager – Construction Main Contractor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client, a leading construction main contractor, on a large-scale refurbishment project in Hammersmith.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the management of a large-scale refurbishment project, including cut and carve, structural alterations, and fit-out/completion
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Manage a team of site staff, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
* Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including site diaries, progress reports, and quality control records

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
* Experience in overseeing cut and carve, structural alterations, and fit-out/completion projects
* Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
* Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
