Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale residential construction projects in South London.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage construction projects up to £50 million value, ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Lead a team of Senior Site Managers and Site Managers, providing guidance and support as needed
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and labour management
* Collaborate with the Project Director to ensure project goals are met and exceeded
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress and financials

Requirements

* Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably with a large residential developer
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Elecosoft Asta
* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications, with the ability to provide references
