The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating the operations of the West Yorkshire Adult Secure Provider Collaborative, which comprises various mental health and learning disability service providers. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Associate Director and Clinical Lead by performing a range of administrative tasks, including organizing meetings and documenting minutes for governance discussions.
  • Supporting the management of the referral process by overseeing the referral communication channels, entering patient data into electronic systems, and maintaining accurate databases for performance tracking.
  • Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures while providing a confidential and efficient administrative service to clinical and support teams.
  • Utilizing strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
