Role Overview:
We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEN Educator to become a part of our team.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in special education, a comprehensive understanding of varied learning requirements, and the capability to design engaging and effective lesson plans customized to meet individual student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
2. Modify teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the diverse needs of learners.

4. Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting methods as necessary.

Qualifications:
