**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cherry Trees, a residential service for autistic adults. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, while providing a supportive and sensitive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support and transport individuals to integrate into their community
  • Help individuals develop home making skills and personal chores
  • Transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults

**Requirements**

  • Resilient and supportive approach towards autistic individuals
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the people supported and their families
  • Desirable: possession of a driving licence and Enhanced DBS Check
