Transform Lives as a Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cherry Trees in Burnham-on-Sea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This part-time position (19 hours, nights) requires flexibility to meet the needs of the individuals supported and their families. You will be responsible for providing support and transportation to enable individuals to integrate into their community, developing their home-making skills, and promoting independence.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. A driving license (minimum one year) is preferred, and possession of an Enhanced DBS Check is required.
