About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About Our Clients

Our clients require assistance with daily living tasks, including cerebral palsy, dystonia, seizure management, and PEG feeds. We are committed to providing comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you are equipped to meet their needs confidently.

Our Team

You will be part of a supportive and experienced team of nurses and field care supervisors who will provide continuous guidance and support as you grow in your role.

Shift Pattern

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a variety of shift patterns, including 2:1 weekend shifts. Our clients also have day shift and night shift availability.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in a UK care environment
  • Complex care experience
  • Full UK driving license
