Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, display advertising, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant digital content, such as social media posts, blogs, infographics, videos, and landing pages.
- Develop and deliver internal and external communications strategies to promote the company's brand and services.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to grow the brand's social media presence.
- Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
- Work with the marketing team to conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Use various analytical tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing position.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, blogging, and designing digital content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, and email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp.
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to develop engaging and relevant digital content that aligns with marketing strategies.
