Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct fire risk assessments at client sites, identifying potential fire hazards and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Use RMS software to manage and track fire risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform comprehensive fire door inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks, including expenses, mileage, and leave requests.
- Level 3 fire safety qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone application for fire risk assessments.
- Basic IT literacy skills, including proficiency in RMS software.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Smart, presentable appearance, with a full British driving license.
- Third-party accreditation with a recognized industry body, such as IFE, IFSM, or FPA.
- Fire door inspection qualification, such as C&G.
