About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at the Nottingham Volkswagen Van Centre. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge to diagnose faults and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify defects and recommend repairs
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting manufacturer specifications and customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair
  • Experience in diagnostics and using computers
  • MOT Licence
  • Full, UK driving licence
  • Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
  • Ability to work to a high standard and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn and develop
