About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Documentation Control Administrator to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the control of product documentation, including updates to product definitions, processes, and guidelines, in compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to gather information for product data packs.
  • Administer Engineering Change Requests, ensuring all documentation is updated and distributed.
  • Maintain material master data in the site ERP system.
  • Administer product BOM data and product routings.
  • Ensure control and correct distribution of project documentation versions.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, ideally within an engineering/technical product environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP software, preferably SAP.
  • Adaptable, with good attention to detail and quality mindset.
  • Computer literate, using MS platforms such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
