We are seeking a skilled Registered ICU Nurse to join our team on a bank basis. As a bank nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our client Trusts in England, allowing you to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively, adhering to NHS policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with NHS standards.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an ICU hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Current NMC registration and a degree or diploma in nursing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
