We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth development and order cycle of our products, with a focus on health and beauty ranges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the development, production, and management of critical paths to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers, QA, Operations, and Design, to ensure seamless production processes.
- Liaise daily with factories in the Far East and the UK to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage production deadlines, new product development, and source new products, costings, and critical paths.
- Review and approve new samples, quality checks, and pre-production materials.
- Maintain records for batch coding and color samples.
- Negotiate prices and raise orders with suppliers.
- Brief and sign off packaging artwork and user manuals.
- Complete customer documentation to ensure successful setup and delivery of products.
- Locate and visit new suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in the health and beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
