Interim Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Cashier to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for investigating and allocating high volume, high value bank receipts on client accounts on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and resolve all unallocated cash queries set within agreed service level agreement (SLA).
- Provide management information to key stakeholders on status of unallocated cash.
- Familiarity with all processes between teams to deliver customer excellence.
- Liaise with key business area contacts to ensure communication channels are open & effective.
- Liaise with counterpart in offshore team to ensure allocations are achieved within SLA.
- Highlight any issues with Team Leader.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and present unallocated cash pertaining to their branch.
- Processing Bank Refunds weekly ensuring attention to detail and compliance.
- Deal with Internal/External auditors as and when required.
- Previous finance experience of working with high volume data, in fast paced environment is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Professional in manner and presentation.
- Sound customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Analytical problem solving approach.
- Takes initiative has a 'can do' attitude.
- Results driven.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
