Key Responsibilities:
- Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored category strategies that address consumer needs, influence shopper behavior, and drive business success.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with customers to identify opportunities for profitable category growth.
- Category Performance Analysis: Analyze, review, and validate key customer commercial activities to drive category success.
- Own Brand Innovation: Oversee the management of own brand innovation ranges, refresh, and identification of customer-specific own brand opportunities.
- Category Spending Management: Collaborate with senior reports to manage category spending effectively.
- Best-in-Class Practices: Support the development of best-in-class ways of working and functional plans.
- Category Performance Monitoring: Implement budget tracking and reporting processes to monitor category performance.
- ROI Maximization: Maximize ROI and shopper measures both internally and externally.
About You:
- 3+ years of category experience, ideally with own label exposure.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer-facing skills to influence at various levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, trend insight, and understanding shopper journeys, with a willingness to develop further skills in broader marketing.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, consumer/shopper-centric environment and enjoy frequent customer interaction.
