As an Employment Support Specialist within our Work and Health initiative, you will deliver essential employment assistance to individuals encountering various challenges. Your responsibilities will include inspiring participants, addressing their needs, and facilitating their path towards securing employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing positive relationships on a daily basis
- Assisting participants in recognizing and overcoming obstacles
- Providing support with CVs, personal statements, and cover letters
- Guiding job searches and interview preparation
- Achieving performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinating support services for participants
- Enhancing service accessibility within local communities
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided upon successful appointment
Experience Required:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Working with individuals with complex needs
- Building rapport and motivating participants
- Experience in meeting performance targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and computer skills
