Location: Bradford – Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days home.

Salary: £27-30k + Bens + 10% Bonus + Overtime

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our team at NTech Consultants LTD and NTech Contracts LTD. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our customers' networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer networking issues and working to find networking fault resolutions
  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Learn about our products and solutions to provide great customer experiences
  • Experience and skills:
    • An excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
    • Thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard without micromanagement.
    • Can bring excellent 1st/2nd line Networking Skills, and Networking Service handling & CRM systems such as ServiceNow.
    • Have a working knowledge with routing and switching technologies.
    • Have experiences with technology vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto
    • Have a friendly and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups at ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times
    • Have a good technical understanding and a logical approach to resolving diagnostic issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent 1st/2nd line Networking Skills
  • Networking Service handling & CRM systems such as ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge with routing and switching technologies
