This role encompasses the full recruitment cycle, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business through proactive sales activities, including both phone and in-person meetings
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates for our esteemed clients
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

  • Assisting our branch network and broader business with additional recruitment and sales initiatives as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a recruitment sales environment
  • Strong background in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel and databases
