- Analyse and improve processes to maintain high quality and productivity levels
- Oversee projects to streamline operations, optimise productivity, and enhance customer service
- Monitor shift performance and implement actions to improve operational excellence
- Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
You will work on a shift pattern at one of our Fulfilment Centres, focusing on owning and driving a culture of safety and upholding quality and shift performance standards.
You will also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
About the TeamOur Customer Fulfilment team is the backbone of Amazon's operations, handling over 1.5 million orders every day.
We are a dynamic and fast-paced team, always looking for ways to improve our processes and offer a better service to our customers.
We are based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's Operations network, and we work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
