At Safran Seats in the UK, we focus on developing First Class and Business Class seating solutions for wide-body aircraft, operating from our facilities in Wales and England. We are currently seeking talented Assembly Specialists to become part of our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist manufacturing engineering and operational efficiency for new product launches, quality control, and ongoing enhancement
- Enhance process and product quality assurance through methodologies such as A3 / 8D and PFMEA
- Engage in team-oriented continuous improvement initiatives to cultivate world-class operational practices
- Guide and educate team members to improve skill sets and promote safe working environments
- Create and uphold engineering process documentation

Qualifications:
- Engineering NVQ level 2 or equivalent manufacturing experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement environments
