About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to identify their goals and ambitions, and develop personalized treatment plans to support their recovery.
  • Deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, and delivery of interventions.
  • Manage an active caseload of clients, building strong relationships and providing respectful and dignified support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is maintained, and contribute to the development of our team.

Requirements

  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working in a health, social care, or related setting, with a strong understanding of recovery principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, supporting others when needed, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to use IT and digital media effectively.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively, with flexibility to work occasional unsociable hours.
