Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of all projects within the organisation, including technology and operational-focused projects. This will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects by managing project teams, resources, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Project Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy that aligns with TBR's goals and objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project managers and other project staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources efficiently across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel, budgets, and materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, communicating project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify potential risks across projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity and success.
- Financial Management and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved financial parameters.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress, quality, and success.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management function, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices.
