Remote Travel Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Coordinator. As a key member of our Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop exceptional itineraries for clients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel goals and create customized trips that exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.
  • Effectively communicate with clients throughout the planning process and during their travels.
  • Handle any issues that may arise during the booking or travel process with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the UK.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone and laptop, with internet access.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
