Remote Travel Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald as a Remote Travel Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional itineraries for our corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and plan customized trips for clients, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and travel restrictions to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients pre- and post-travel to ensure their needs are met.
  • Handle any issues that may arise during the booking or travel process.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the UK.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access and a laptop (recommended but not required).
  • Personal travel experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required.
