Job Title: Arboriculture Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our arboriculture projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and coordinating a team of arborists and ground crew, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks and projects, allocating resources effectively to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Conducting site assessments and developing project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in arboriculture, including tree care, pruning, removals, and preservation techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and tree health diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in the use of arboriculture tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, ropes, and climbing gear.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to tree care operations.
