Supply Chain & Logistics Director

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to find a Supply Chain & Logistics Director for their Lincoln manufacturing operations and global S&OP ownership function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to achieve business objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional leads to ensure end-to-end processes are mapped and consistent.
  • Provide analytics support to drive critical decisions and deliver profitable business growth.
  • Lead a team of business analysts to review business and operational performances and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Business partner to Sales leadership team to develop pricing strategy and LTAs with key accounts.
  • Ensure Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain functions align to deliver a world-class service and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Effectively manage direct and indirect suppliers to ensure a quality and delivery compliant supplier footprint at optimised cost.
  • Lead the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process and provide continued process development as required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service with strong analytical skills.
  • Global experience of Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Manufacturing processes, and Customer Service.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
  • Must have experience of innovative or best-in-class Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
  • Experience of working with cross-functional project teams.
