Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and negotiations for sourcing projects
  • Lead reporting requirements for purchasing activities
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on an as-needed basis
  • Drive the development of category strategies within the broader context of the overall technology and sourcing strategies
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with key internal business partners
  • Build and grow ethical, transparent, and partnership-oriented relationships with external suppliers
  • Manage and maintain accurate project pipeline

Requirements

  • Previous years of related experience and/or a university degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, ability to prioritize
  • Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously and use strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex categories with minimal supervision
  • Innovative, creative thinker with a proactive thought process who can manage complex negotiations with the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
