Your Impact
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Empower and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion design thinking across the organization, advocating for user-centered solutions and driving innovation in product development.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and coherence across our product suite.
Your Expertise
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product design, with 2+ years leading design teams.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Figma and Confluence.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
