We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Performance Analyst to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and transformation through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver specific analysis to examine trends and underlying causes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement, develop, maintain, and produce accurate and intuitive reporting dashboards using MS PowerBI for Key Performance Indicators, benchmarking, and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Assist in embedding MS PowerBI across the organization, providing training and guidance to support all areas.
- Produce business information in formats that maximize engagement from stakeholders, including detailed, complex, and accurate statistical and financial analysis.
- Utilize the Business Intelligence tool to assist Service Managers and their teams in developing new reports using data from other IT systems.
- Work closely with the ICT department to ensure data collection accuracy and storage systems are secure and robust.
- A full, valid driving license is a must-have for this role.
- Ability to demonstrate research and assimilate large volumes of data and intelligence, and prepare and produce complex research-based reports.
- Knowledge of key elements required for an effective performance management framework, including data modeling.
- Experience of script writing and developing reports and queries in a Business Intelligence platform (MS PowerBI), using SQL or similar.
- Knowledge and experience of good practices for handling confidential data, in line with the UK Data Protection Act, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
- Experience of using performance measures to work with and influence colleagues to drive forward service improvement and transformation.
A salary range of £34,000-£36,000 is on offer, working in a hybrid environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. You will be working within a well-established, award-winning environment in a 12-month fixed-term contract.
