About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at DFS. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly financial insights to support review of business performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business planning and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Support the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets
  • Provide analysis and insights to support business case development and decision-making
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen and ability to understand business performance and drivers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional qualification in finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance role
