We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our property management division at Robert Manning. This role will involve significant interaction with clients, so we require an individual who is personable and possesses a calm, professional demeanor.

As an intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our lettings team with various property management tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings and annual inspections
  • Supporting new tenants throughout their onboarding process
  • Organizing maintenance and cleaning services for properties
  • Communicating with contractors regarding maintenance tasks
  • Updating and managing our property management database
  • Promoting available properties through various channels
  • Performing additional administrative duties as needed

We offer coverage for travel and lunch expenses up to a specified amount per day.
