Project Coordination Specialist

Location:
Smeeth, near Ashford, Kent (Transport is necessary due to the company's location)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Compensation:
£30,000 - £32,000

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

As a Project Coordination Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the project pipeline
  • Taking ownership of project tasks, compiling project communications, and ensuring information is accurate and accessible to the wider organisation.
  • Providing timely, detailed, and precise responses to inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations, including invitations, follow-up documentation, and feedback for the Product Manager.
  • Building a strong understanding of the specification process to identify key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Developing strategies to target specific sectors such as architects and consultants.
  • Acquiring extensive product knowledge to aid in specification writing.
  • Conducting research on construction databases to uncover new project opportunities and expand a viable pipeline.
  • Informing the Sales Team about ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure they are optimally positioned to secure contracts.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Teams to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Sharing ideas and participating in both team and individual meetings.
  • Attending industry-specific events where value can be added or gained.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Project Coordination
  • A strong desire to learn, develop, and advance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools
