We are seeking a skilled Section Leader or a seasoned laboratory/field expert eager to embrace a new opportunity within a dynamic materials testing environment, focusing on soils, aggregates, and concrete evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient management of departmental resources
  • Engagement with clients regarding technical and commercial matters
  • Ongoing enhancement of operational efficiencies and client deliverables, including turnaround times
  • Conducting site testing as necessary
  • Upholding Health and Safety, Quality, Technical, and commercial standards
  • Mentoring and developing the technician team
  • Facilitating staff training
  • Contributing as an active member of the laboratory management team
  • Performing any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
