We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Care Worker Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting children and staff to various locations, while also providing support and care to our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Transport children and staff to various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide support and care to our young people, including assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the safety and maintenance of our vehicles.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Attend training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Valid UK driving license with at least one year of driving experience.
- Previous experience working with children or in a care setting (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
