Flexible Shift Options:

As a Logistics Associate at Ocado, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders. We offer various shift patterns, including four 10-hour shifts, allowing you to enjoy three days off each week.

Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster, providing your work schedule 13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to arrange personal commitments.

Compensation: £11.62 up to £18.57 per hour, including premiums and overtime rates.
  • Starting rate - £11.62 per hour
  • Night shift premium (midnight to 6am) - an additional £2.94 per hour
  • Performance-based incentives available upon meeting targets
  • Overtime rate at x 1.25

Work Areas & Shifts:

Inbound: Responsible for receiving goods from suppliers and organizing products into totes. Attention to detail is essential.

Days Shift - 06:00 to 16:00 | Nights Shift - 18:00 to 06:00

Pick and Pack: Picking and packing customer orders into totes, ensuring high standards and care.

Days Shift - 06:00 to 16:00 | Nights Shift - 18:00 to 06:00

Despatch: Loading totes (up to 18kg) into delivery frames and managing returns, including sorting and organizing.

Days Shift - 06:00 to 17:00 | Nights Shift - 18:00 to 06:00

Freezer: Picking and packing frozen items for customer orders, with full freezer gear provided for temperatures as low as -25°.

Days Shift - 06:00 to 16:00 | Nights Shift - 18:00 to 06:00

Considerations:
  • Work in both ambient and chill (0 to 5°) sections of the warehouse.
  • Roles require mobility and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
  • Handling of meat and alcohol products is required.
  • Comprehensive training and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
