About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team at TN Recruits. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their disputes and providing expert advice on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in disputes involving property law, employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation.
  • Issue court proceedings and attend court as required.
  • Assist with the investigation and litigation of complex cases.
  • Draft court documents, witness statements, and instructions to experts.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Sound knowledge of litigation processes.
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
  • Operate with integrity, demonstrating empathy and intuition.
