Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Program Director to lead our efforts in supporting the mental well-being of children affected by conflict, disaster, or poverty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed care, and community-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs that address the diverse needs of children and families.
- Build and manage a team of skilled mental health professionals, providing supervision, training, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and sustainability.
- Conduct needs assessments, monitor program progress, and evaluate outcomes using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications
