Key Responsibilities:
  • Goods Transportation: Collect stock from customer locations and deliver to our warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient receipt and delivery of products.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a first-class experience.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all laws and regulations related to driving, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, using manual handling best practices and forklift equipment as needed.
  • Scanning and Sorting: Scan and sort parcels onto delivery vans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and manual handling techniques.
  • Administration Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and administration tasks.
  • Warehouse Policies and Procedures: Familiarity with warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Scanning Knowledge: Scanning knowledge is an advantage.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to be flexible with working hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
