About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Administrator to join our team at BSRIA LTD. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Compliance team by generating envelope area/volume calculations, populating databases, and resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate envelope area/volume calculations from engineering drawings using professional software
  • Liaise with clients to obtain technical drawings and information
  • Deal with customer bookings from initiation to completion of service
  • Populate databases with customer and order details
  • Collaborate with engineers and clients to resolve queries and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, including dealing with queries and providing updates on service provision
  • Maximize resource efficiency through effective allocation of resources
  • Disseminate knowledge and train other staff members in your area of expertise
  • Undertake cross-functional activities, including Quality Assurance and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent mathematical skills for envelope area/volume calculations
