About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Employability team as an Employability Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support and deliver projects and coordination across the department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising and coordinating team finance, governance, and communication activities, ensuring processes and systems are of a high quality and followed effectively. They will also support with specific employability tasks, such as job and event approvals and student right-to-work checks to support our successful Micro-internship scheme.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and conscientious individual who is a team player and has a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting successful projects, financial processes, and working on collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders. They will also have good planning and organizing skills, knowledge of MS office applications, and web-content management.
