Position: Fire and Security Engineer

Location: Surrey/Berkshire

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (commensurate with experience)

Our client, a growing organization in the fire and security sector, is looking for a proficient and experienced Fire and Security Engineer to enhance their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the Surrey and Berkshire regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair fire and security systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and servicing to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
  • Diagnose and rectify system faults and issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of all work completed, including service reports and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all tasks adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Fire and Security Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire and security system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Valid driving license.
